Accounting services on fixed fees

Fixed fees. No limit on quality

Run a small business? Or is it running you? Know exactly what you’ll pay, before we start.

How our fees work

Ah, but doesn’t all that come at a cost?

As well as taking the weight off your shoulders by crunching your numbers, we promise everything we produce will be well thought out, detailed, tailored to you and of the highest quality.

Well, yes. Quite a reasonable one, actually. For SMEs such as yours, we offer payment on either a fixed-fee basis or an hourly rate.

Hourly rate

Where the work genuinely cannot be scoped in advance, we bill for the time spent, with an estimate and regular updates.

  • An estimate before we begin
  • Regular updates on time spent
  • Suited to one-off or open-ended work
  • Convertible to a fixed fee once scoped

Fee levels are quoted per engagement. Indicative price points can be published here once agreed.

Fee questions

A written scope agreed before we start — typically bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, statutory accounts and corporation tax, plus advice through the year. Anything outside the scope is quoted separately before it is done.

Only if the business changes materially, for example a new payroll, a group restructure or a funding round. We agree the revised fee with you before doing the work.

No. Being available on email or by telephone is part of the service, not an extra line on the invoice.

Usually by monthly standing order across the year, which spreads the cost and matches cashflow better than a single annual bill.
